Beer vat flooring and more from the Green Bungalow Expo

by Erik Stonikas on 10/21/09

Over the weekend I ventured over to the Merchandise Mart to explore the 2009 Historic Chicago Bungalow and Green Home Expo, and I wasn’t alone. More than 8,000 people attended the event, according to its coordinators.

In this video, I interview a few vendors I found interesting: DNR Construction, Plain and Simple Furniture, Rode Bros Flooring, and the Delta Institute’s ReBuilding Exchange. All four offer different approaches to renovating homes with environmentally friendly materials.
