In March Crain’s reported that Bank of America planned to sell Silver Tower’s inventory in bulk, and could stand to pull in as $16 million as a result.
A little bird tells us that the units have attracted several investors, and that bids are coming in. Could we see an announcement in the near future?
For what it’s worth, Jameson is still marketing units at the building — Redfin shows 35 listed for sale at the moment, and another 22 are listed as under contract with sales pending. Those 57 units represent a total list price of about $18.3 million. Eleven units have closed since news of the bulk sale broke, at a total sale price of over $3.1 million.
