As I just mentioned, Mark and I spent a few minutes at Cullerton and Sangamon yesterday afternoon. After all that talk about Pilsen, the neighborhoods it does or doesn’t resemble, and the state of that intersection in particular, we figured it would be worthwhile to get a look at it up close, just as some readers had suggested. Here’s what we saw.
