Brokers brave the cold for Basecamp River North event

by sponsored post on 3/6/14

A bitter cold evening couldn’t keep a crowd of brokers from turning out to learn about Basecamp River North, the first new rowhomes built on Chicago’s near north side in nearly a decade.

All of the two- and three-story homes will have sleek contemporary interiors, private outdoor space, 2-car garages and roof decks. Three-bedrooms start in the mid-$500s and 4-bedrooms from the high $600s.

About 40% of the 47 Basecamp homes are under contract prior to the start of construction. Occupancy will begin in the fall of 2014.

“Brokers recognize that this is an unusual opportunity to buy one of Ranquist Development’s high-style homes in a close-in near north location,” reports CMK Realty’s Heather Gustafson. Join her for a brief tour of Basecamp in the video.
