There have only been nine single-family home sales in Bucktown in the $2 million range in the past 3 years, according to MLS data retrieved via Redfin.
Only two of those sales were north of Armitage Ave. A home at 2041 W Dickens sold for $2.375M in September. Earlier this month a Noah Properties‘ home at 2163 N Oakley, which was originally listed at $3.2M, closed at $2.65M.
