After opening in August, Golub and Company’s rental high-rise Streeter Place, 355 E Ohio St in Streeterville, is already 50 percent leased and 35 percent occupied. This morning Director of Leasing and Marketing Rachel Brandstaetter took me around the amenity floor, also known as “Club 355,” where residents were already taking advantage the hot tub and other features.
