Buyers on the Lake View condo market

by Joseph Askins on 10/12/09

Sunday afternoon seemed like a good time to catch people walking the streets of Lake View in search of open houses. The sun was out, the marathon was over, and the Bears were resting up on a bye week. I caught up with a few potential buyers at 3752 N Fremont St, where Jameson agent Romeo De La Cruz was showing a three-bedroom duplex priced in the $570s, and asked them about their priorities and expectations in the neighborhood’s residential market.
