The sun was out, the marathon was over, and the Bears were resting up on a bye week. I caught up with a few potential buyers at 3752 N Fremont St, where Jameson agent Romeo De La Cruz was showing a three-bedroom duplex priced in the $570s, and asked them about their priorities and expectations in the neighborhood’s residential market.
