CA23 sells out pre-construction in West Loop

by Joe Zekas on 8/7/12

The phenomenon isn’t garnering a lot of attention, but small to mid-sized new condo projects have been selling out before completion.

We’ve been following CA23 for years now, stepping up our attention when a Belgravia Group affiliate took over and sold the remaining units in Phase I of the project. While doing that they discovered an unmet demand for single-floor units with the space and privacy of a townhome.

Phase II of CA23 consists of 24 3-bedroom, 3-bath homes with private elevator access, secure garage access, floor-to-ceiling windows, two private balconies, 11-foot ceilings and upgraded finishes. A number of the units also had private terraces.

As of this writing, all of the units are under contract and occupancy is expected late this year and early next year.

You can see the units and meet some of the pre-construction buyers at CA23′s video page.
