Sutherland Pearsall Development Corporation is offering buyers at eight South Side developments a free plasma TV and 1 percent of the purchase price toward closing costs.
The deal is valid at the 12-unit Drexel Place Condominiums, 4127 S Drexel Blvd, where two-bedroom two-bath homes are priced from the $220s.
It’s also valid at the 59-unit Drexel Parc Lofts, 4537 S Drexel Blvd. Most of the lofts in the seven-story building have been sold, but the developer still has a few two- and three-bedroom penthouses, priced from the $320s (including parking).
But wait, there’s more: the incentive is valid at Boulevard Townhomes, 3993 S Drexel Blvd, where three- and four-bedroom townhouses are priced from the $440s.
Perhaps the city should change Drexel Boulevard to “Sutherland Pearsall Lane.” The deal applies at a couple more projects along that street: Drexel Square Townhomes, 4450-4458 S Drexel; and Drexel Court Townhomes, 6201 S Drexel.
Moving off Drexel, the developer is offering the same deal at West Point Village, 3601 S Ellis Ave.
And last, but not least, the perk is offered at the condo developments Lake Park Place, 4449 S Lake Park Ave; and 4715 S Champlain.
