Assessments are reduced between $2,500 and $4,000, depending on the unit size, and closing costs for all units are reduced by $4,000.
No money down financing is also available through Habitat’s preferred lender.
Starting prices for the one- to three-bedroom lofts range from the $180s to the $280s. The 163-unit project is 70 percent sold, Melizia says.
