Our final group of selections focuses on the apartments, starting with finishes and features.
K2 is the Fifield Companies‘ fourth major development at K Station in the Fulton River District, and the newest in the near west neighborhoods. At K2, Fifield made a conscious effort to top its prior offerings.
The apartments have 9-foot ceilings, hardwood plank floors, kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, under-mount sinks, 42-inch cabinets and subway tile backsplashes.
Baths have granite countertops and oversized vanities. The apartments have large windows, balconies with many units, Bluetooth audio, in-unit washer / dryers and more.
