Folks might want check out the previous posts (http://yochicago.com/ten-left-at-rogers-parks-renaissance-lofts/8096/) about the Renaissance Lofts. The situation hasn't changed much as there are still roof leaks that have been ongoing over the last year and have been "fixed" several times. My windows ( and other unit owners) are still not fixed right, we are having issues with one of the first floor commercial tenants that are leasing from the Kopley group and there's still no parking in the lot next to the building as initially promised. I asked a couple of the people who bought recently and they told me that no one mentioned the ongoing roof/masonry leaks in the buildings before/at the sale.

The building is in the midst of turnover to the owner run condo association there are lots of issues with the developer...including outstanding building code violations, financial questions, lots of repairs/defects and complaints to the Chicago office of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection.

Caveat emptor
