We’ve recently spotted several new condo developments in the works on the North Side, including Clark View, a new-construction mid-rise located across from Chase Park at 4651 N Greenview Ave in Ravenswood. The 36-unit building will have two- and three-bedroom condos with garage parking available for $28K, but we haven’t been able to track down condo prices from marketers @properties yet. By the looks of it, the building will have ground-floor retail space, part of which is set back from the street with its own parking area. Certainly there must be a reason why the developer was able to get away with this–after all, if everybody was allowed to put parking out front we would be seeing a lot more of these types of developments. Any ideas, Joel?
