Common questions about Motor Row Lofts

by Sponsored post on 10/16/09

Over the course of their top-to-bottom tour of Motor Row Lofts, 2303 S Michigan Ave, Joe Zekas and developer Paul Zucker hit on several questions buyers will likely have regarding the building’s restoration, the Motor Row neighborhood, and loft living in general. We compiled the best of these into one “frequently asked questions” video for the benefit of buyers who plan to participate in Sheldon Good & Company’s auction of 20 Motor Row Lofts on Nov. 15.

For more information on Motor Row Lofts and its auction, visit the Motor Row Lofts and Sheldon Good & Company profiles on NewHomeNotebook, the Motor Row Lofts YouTube channel, and Sheldon Good & Company’s Facebook fan page.

What is the status of Motor Row CONDOS across the street? Looking out the window, the outside looks like it is finished. Is someone going to complete and sell it, or is it just sitting there gathering dust?

At the moment it’s just gathering dust.

Is Motor Row Lofts Fannie Mae approved? Can i get conventional financing for the Motor Row Lofts?

bob,

Sheldon Good will have finance people at the open houses, which begin next Saturday and Sunday. Your best strategy is probably to attend and pose your questions there. We’d love it if you’d report back on what you learn.
