We’ve already shown you Grand Briar, Metro on Melrose, Abbott Court and Sheffield Condo Living, but it seems there’s another condo conversion around every corner in Lake View. We took advantage of those long-gone 60-degree days to get out there and have a look at them, and here’s some of what we found:
There’s a symmetrical, six-unit graystone with magnificent black bays at 814 W Roscoe St (pictured); the three-bedroom condos are priced from the $450s to the $570s.
Clifton Crossing (left), located at 3011 N Clifton Ave, has one- to three-bedroom condos starting in the $210s. Roscoe Courts (right), at 1014 W Roscoe St, has six condos in a turn-of-the-century graystone. Two-bedroom units are priced from the $270s to the $300s.
Racine Flats (left), at 3414 N Racine Ave, has 13 gut-rehabbed condos with two or three bedrooms priced from the $300s to the $440s. Okay, so it’s actually in Roscoe Village, but Wolcott Flats (right), at 3449 N Wolcott Ave, has 36 one- and two-bedroom condos starting in the $250s.
The courtyard building at 740 W Addison St (left) has one-bedroom condos from the $210s, and another going by the name East Wrigleyville Village (right), located at 737 W Cornelia Ave, has 38 two-bedroom condos from the $240s to the $310s.
