We’re always surprised to find new condos with a price tag of less than $100 grand (especially when you can drop $60,000 on a parking space these days). MetroPro Realty is marketing low-priced units in the new Westminster development (pictured) on North Menard Avenue between Madison and Washington. A two-bedroom one-bathroom condo with hardwood floors, granite countertops and marble bathrooms is priced in the high $90s.
Bloom Realty is advertising newly rehabbed condos on Winneconna Pond starting from $88,000. Those one- and two-bedroom units, at 462 W Winneconna Pkwy, appear to include parking as well.
And over at The Flats on LaSalle, at 1140 N LaSalle Dr, one unit is still priced under $100K (with the next most expensive priced at only $104,900).
