Joe, Jeremy and I stopped for a brief look at the Parc Huron, 469 W. Huron, on our way to an outdoor lunch at the Erie Café. We also did a brief scan of Erie Park, which was littered with bottles and cans from the weekend’s revelry.
Parc Huron was originally planned as a condo tower by Lennar Urban, but the site and plans were sold to new owners who are completing it as a rental.
