From the park at the center of Lakeshore East, it’s easy to pretend that construction has wrapped at Aqua, 225 N Columbus Dr. It’s also the best place to see the building’s base, the site of several amenities and the tower’s nine three-story townhomes.

At the opposite corner of the park, work continues on the 24 Parkhomes at Lakeshore East. Since November, crews have installed several bay windows and decorative copper paneling. Workers were pouring concrete for the sidewalk and walk-ups on Friday afternoon.

Nice picture of busted stone bollards – they’ve been like that for months.

I love Aqua. I only wish the view of it wasn’t blocked from directly south!

Well finally something Carter and I can agree on.
