Perhaps the rental units are not using the same layouts as the condos, but the rentals are really quite plain and boxy. The kitchens are rather standard if not cheap, though some units do have huge balconies. The rental office is very busy, but these are VERY expensive rental units and this tower reminds me of the buzz that developed about 340-on-the-Park. Right now there are some rentals in the Trump Tower on much higher floors with parking included for a less money with a lot nicer interior finishes as well.
