Construction hasn’t begun, as you can see, but I would expect to see work here shortly; a call to the office of Coldwell Banker Previews International sales associate Nadine Ferrata revealed that C/A 23 is more than 60 percent sold. That’s certainly a jump from our last check, when sales had just reached the 20-percent mark.
The FitzGerald Associates Architects-designed homes will have 1,900 to 4,000 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and ceiling heights of 11 to 18 feet. Prices of available units range from the $660s to $1.6 million.
