Flair Tower Rendering River North Chicago Flair Tower River North Chicago

At the corner of Erie and Franklin Streets in River North, Flair Tower has nearly reached its final height of 289 feet. In the rendering, you can see the top floor set back from the edge of the structure, possibly a penthouse or amenity floor. This is not visible from the street view I photographed today, so it’s hard to say if it has yet been built. Windows, with operable lower panes, have been installed on over half the residential units.

This building, managed by McCaffery Interests, is estimated to be completed in May of 2010.
