Construction checkup: Getting your fill of the Lofts at Roosevelt Collection

Last week, for the first time in months, I found myself in the South Loop without a car or the responsibility of feeding a meter. That meant I had plenty of time to shoot Centrum Properties‘ Lofts at Roosevelt Collection, 150 W Roosevelt Rd, at all sorts of angles, so brace yourself for Roosevelt Collection overload!

Earlier this month, the Centrum sales staff described the exterior work on Roosevelt Collection’s two mid-rises as being “about 95 percent complete.” That’s an optimistic estimate, but it’s not unreasonable to think that with good construction crews and a couple months of good weather, the development’s first homes might be ready for delivery sometime in June.
