Construction checkup: Lincoln Park 2520

This was the scene this morning at 2520 N Lakeview Ave in Lincoln Park, where Lincoln Park 2520 is climbing high.

Prudential Rubloff only keeps a handful of 2520′s condos on the MLS at any time, but of the seven currently listed, six are priced above $2 million. Likewise, I can’t see every unit under contract through Redfin, but I can tell that as recently as last week, a 4,723 square-foot, three-bedroom / 3.5-bath unit priced at $3.12 million went under contract.
