Construction checkup: Streeter Place

Joe Zekas brought back a little footage of Streeter Place from his trip to the ParkView Condominiums‘ new park three weeks ago. The 55-story, 480-unit apartment tower at 353 E Ohio St in Streeterville is nearing completion and will be ready for occupancy next month.

Golub & Company’s Solomon Cordwell Buenz-designed tower features a fitness center, outdoor pool, sun deck, media center, and party room. Apartments will range in price from $1,220 a month for a small studio to $4,062 a month for an 1,802 square-foot three-bedroom.

Renters who sign a 12-month lease agreement will receive two free months rent, according to leasing manager Rachel Brandstaetter.
