Builders still have a lot of work ahead of them at Terrazio, going up at 1935 S Wabash Ave in the South Loop, but the seven-story, U-shaped mid-rise looks a lot more like the rendering below than it did the last time we paid the site a visit.

Terrazio’s old price sheet listed 129 of its 180 one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums as being under contract. Remaining one-bedrooms were priced from the $190s to the $250s, two-bedrooms from the $270s to the $400s, and three-bedrooms from the $400s to the $440s. The nine units currently listed by Jameson all fall within those ranges.

When complete, the building will have a rooftop lounge, a courtyard, and deeded parking. Standard unit features included private balconies, oak floors and bedroom carpeting, granite kitchen countertops, stainless-steel appliances, stone bathroom finishes, and stackable washer / dryer hookups. Additional options include gas fireplaces and kitchen islands with breakfast bars.
