As you can see from the picture, shot earlier today, preliminary site work is underway. The 43-story, 450-unit rental tower is anticipating occupancy in the fall of 2013. An adjacent 8-story garage will include 520 parking spaces, 394 for the residences and 126 for the East Bank Club.
South-facing units at the Sexton Lofts, 360 W Illinois St, will be looking at an entirely different view in the near future, and a hit to their property’s value.
