Construction update – AMLI South Loop

by Joe Zekas on 3/25/13

Foundation work has begun at AMLI’s new South Loop apartment project at the southwest corner of Clark and Polk.

A single crane rig was on the site last Thursday, hammering steel pipe pilings into the ground.

The completed project will have 398 apartments in two 11-story buildings.

Hey, what exactly is planned at 32 East Randolph? And when did this proposal come about? Thanks!

Sorry for the delayed response.

The plan is for apartments above the Oriental Theater.
