Sedgwick Properties‘ Park View East may not exactly be a new icon on the skyline, but, at 17 stories, it’s the tallest building under construction in Lake View. The last time we visited, construction had reached to about the 10th story, but now the building has been topped off, and almost all of the red face brick had been added. Workers are also adding a whole heap of balusters to the large, south-facing terraces. Check out more construction pictures inside.
