Overlooking the site of its 74,000-square-foot park, MCL Companies‘ ParkView is now 16 stories off the ground. The Solomon Cordwell Buenz-designed building, located at 505 N McClurg Ct in Streeterville, will eventually reach to 47 stories and feature an outdoor swimming pool and lounge area. Sixty percent of ParkView’s 268 units have sold, and the remaining one- to three-bedroom condos are priced from the $380s to the $970s. Delivery is planned for the first quarter of 2008, and the sales center is located at 445 E Illinois St.
