California-based architect Adam Berkelhamer sent Curbed new renderings of SoNo East, the 22-story, rental-only companion to the existing SoNo condo tower at 860 W Blackhawk St. Alongside the new images, Mark Boyer posted the original design by Booth Hansen, which called for matching towers positioned side-by-side.
