Remember Emerald‘s free scooters? They’re still available, only now the West Loop development’s giving buyers a place to park their free rides.
The first 10 buyers to sign a contract for an Emerald home before March 2 will get a free parking spot valued at $35,000. The new promotion replaces one announced in mid-2007, when developers bundled the aforementioned $2,000 EVT-168 electric scooter and $5,000 worth of upgrades to its condominiums.
The one- and two-bedroom units start in the $270s and go up to the $520s.
