When we visited Morgan Street Lofts in Bridgeport last July (pictured left), the 60-unit building was still under construction. Now, construction is complete, and DeGrazia Development Company is closing out the final eight or so units, according to Vision Group, which is handling the remaining sales for the project. Prices range from the $220s to the $300s. Next door, at the corner of 35th and Morgan Streets, Tandem Developers is closing out the final three two-bedroom units at Bridgeport Station Lofts (pictured right). Prices there range from the $280s to the $290s, and the developer is offering free assessments for a year.
