Developers with a colorful past

Real estate developers come from a variety of backgrounds.

Take David Sheehan and Paul DiCaro, developers of a 60-unit Bridgeport condo, for example.

According to an article in the Chicago Sun-Times, Sheehan, a former steamroller operator, has been collecting permanent disability payments from the City of Chicago for the past 17 years, and DiCaro is “a convicted burglar and reputed mob associate.”
