Discussing Fountain View's green features

On Wednesday, I went up to Lincoln Square to meet with Terra Firma principal Brad Leibov and Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate agent Jennifer Mills to chat about Fountain View, the LEED Silver-certified development at 2326 W Giddings St. In the first part of our interview, Brad and Jennifer discuss the development’s green features and what it adds to the Lincoln Square community.

According to the price sheet I picked up on Wednesday, 10 of the building’s 18 two- and three-bedroom condos are still available, and they’re priced from the $470s to the $550s.
