Discussing The Silver District's pricing and incentive packages

In this video from my visit to the open house that was held at The Silver District on Sunday, Karen Biazar from North Clybourn Group cuts right to the chase and discusses pricing and the incentive package that will be available until April 11.

The Silver District’s 20 two-bedroom / two-baths are priced from the $310s to the $400s, and as incentives, the developer is offering to deliver units fully furnished with an audio / video package, a 1-percent closing cost credit, and a year of free assessments.
