CityLIFT is a program sponsored by Wells Fargo Bank that provides up to $15,000 in down payment grant funds to qualified home buyers for the purchase of a home in selected suburbs and Chicago.
The current round of the program is making $8 million available to buyers in households that earn no more than 120% of the Chicago area’s median income, adjusted for household size.
Buyers can learn about the program and apply for funds at CityLIFT Chicago, an event that will be held at McCormick Place on October 26 and 27.
