Adams on the Park, the small six-story condo development at 1259 W Adams St in the West Loop is inching towards closeout, and there’s just one unit left in the building, according to Jason Vondrachek from Quest Realty. That last available unit has 2,200 square feet of living space, and it has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. When I wrote about this unit in September, it was priced in the $750s, but the price has since been reduced to the $720s.
Like the other homes in this building, Unit 3 is a full-floor unit with private elevator access. The fixtures and appliances are made by Toto, Jado, Wolf, Sub-Zero and Hansgrohe. According to the listing, the condo comes with a private 300 square-foot private roof deck and parking is included in the price.
