OneEleven, the new riverfront apartment tower at 111 W Wacker, has several studio apartments slated to become available for July and August occupancy, starting at just under $2,000 a month. Administrative fees will be waived for renters who apply the day of their first visit.

The new Gateway West Loop will be ready for occupancy late in July.
Gateway West Loop apartments have a high-level of finishes, in-unit washer / dryers and private outdoor space. Preliminary prices, subject to change, start at $1,595 for studios, $2,076 for convertibles, $2,061 for 1-bedrooms, $2,399 for 1-bedroom plus den apartments and $2,914 for 2-bedroom, 2-baths.
Echelon, a luxury tower across the street from Jewel in the Fulton River District, is waiving its $450 admin fee for renters who apply within 24 hours of their first visit. Near real-time rent and availability info is online.
Astoria Tower, 8 E 9th St in the South Loop is applying its move-in and application fees to the first month’s rent for 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments available for immediate occupancy and renting from $3,067. Two-bedrooms will also be available for late June and mid-July occupancy starting at $2,661. A single studio will be available in mid-August for $1,844.
The LEX, 2138 S Indiana, has a 1-bedroom with a den and private terrace available for immediate occupancy for $2,081.
K2 Apartments, 365 N Halsted in the Fulton River District is waiving its $400 admin fee for renters who apply within 24 hours of their first visit.
Jeff Jack, a new West Loop apartment tower at 601 W Jackson has quickly leased 80% of its apartments but is still offering a month’s free rent on 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, and a $350 monthly parking rate for two cars. JeffJack will hold apartments for August 1 occupancy.
The West Loop‘s Circa 922 has classic lofts available that have access to the new high-rise’s full suite of amenities.
