We’ve been tracking the number of downtown condos offered for rent in 14 ZIP Codes since late last year. The number stood at 1,927 when we began our tally and fell to 1,498 this week – a 22% decline.
The number of condos available for rent in the downtown market remains well above 2007 and prior levels.
