The number (756) of homes and condos listed for rent in the MLS in the 14 downtown ZIP codes that we track barely budged over the last week, despite the fact that 202 new offerings came to and remain on the market. The rapid turnover indicates a market that remains strong.
The highest-priced new rental offering this week is a 3,080 square foot 3-bedroom, 3 ½ bath home at the Trump Tower with a northeast view. The monthly tab, $11,750, includes two parking spaces.
