Dubin offers free upgrades at Arcadia

Dubin Residential is offering $10,000 in free upgrades on remaining townhouses at Arcadia Place, a 34-unit development in the West Loop.
“Buyers looking for more living space than the average condo in the city have flocked to Arcadia Place,” said Mike Kelahan, director of sales and marketing for Dubin Residential. “We’re approaching a sellout at the community, but right now buyers can still choose some of the finishes in the final few homes. And to help them design the home they’ve always imagined, we’re offering $10,000 in free options. Buyers also can use the incentive to reduce the purchase price of the home.”

Remaining Arcadia Place townhouses, which are on Aberdeen just south of Madison, have two bedrooms, two baths and attached two-car garages. The three-story units have around 2,000 square feet and are base priced from the $440s.

Balconies and roof decks are standard, and the homes already have features such as recessed lighting, breakfast bars and extra powder rooms. But buyers still have the opportunity to select some options, including a choice of hardwood flooring, carpeting, cabinetry and countertops, said Kelahan.

A sales center for Arcadia Place is located at 1111 W. Madison.
