Since cutting prices on all available condos and lofts in the first weeks of the new year, 565 Quincy has seen approximately 100 units go under contract, according to the Belgravia Group.
So many units have gone off the board, in fact, that Belgravia is readying two new model units to replace ones that have gone under contract. The models will be units #512, a 929 square-foot, one-bedroom loft (at right) listed in the $300s, and #1408, a 1,104 square-foot, two-bedroom two-bath condo priced in the $340s. Both units come with free garage parking.
Prices at 565 Quincy, 565 W Quincy St in the West Loop, currently start in the $150s for junior one-bedrooms, the $250s for one-bedroom / one-baths with indoor parking included, and the $320s for two-bedroom / two-baths with indoor parking included.
