A number of the new residents reportedly relocated from out-of-state and rented their apartments sight-unseen.
Almost exactly a year ago we reported on a growing trend of out-of-towners renting at the new K2 apartment tower without having made a site visit. In our report, K2’s Director of Leasing offered suggestions for anyone who’s considering a sight-unseen rental.
I’d offer three words of advice to anyone considering a sight-unseen rental in any of the new downtown Chicago apartment towers: just do it. They’re all great buildings with responsive, professional management, and there’s enough reliable information available online or by email to ensure you’ve made a good choice.
