  • What you’re describing is typical of what renters can expect from Chicago rental services.

Virtually all of the buildings on our list have near real-time rent and availability info online at the building websites. Why would you not simply check at the buildings and go directly to them? You can make an appointment or simply walk in to the leasing offices and get accurate info about what’s available.

Thanks for the advice, being a first time apartment looker in Chicago I didn’t realise the sites existed for every building until I googled the addresses. Is there somewhere you can point me for a list of all the apartment high rises downtown?

      Thanks
