The first residents moved into E2, the new apartment tower in downtown Evanston, over the past weekend.
Developers Randy and Steve Fifield refer to E2 as “uber-luxury,” a tag that’s backed up by the most extensive amenities suite in any North Shore apartment community and by E2’s high level of apartment finishes and resident services. E2, for example, is one of only two Evanston apartment buildings with 24/7 door staff.
E2 residents will need to wait for warmer weather to enjoy the pool, grills and lounge areas on the landscaped deck, but the nearly regulation size indoor basketball / volleyball court, the fitness center, the demonstration kitchen, the business center, the media room and the sprawling resident lounge are open now for their enjoyment.
E2 apartments range from studios to 3-bedroom townhomes. The on-site leasing office is open daily at 1890 Maple Ave.
