State & Chestnut, the sleek new apartment tower at 845 N State St, won’t begin moving in its first residents until July 1.
Prospective residents won’t have to wait, however, to experience the building.
A leasing center recently opened at 873 N Rush, and a visit there is an experience in itself.
The leasing center has a model kitchen, bath and washer / dryer.
There are also large renderings of many of the building’s common area amenities, and a lounge area that hints at the color scheme that will greet residents in the building’s lobby.
There are even samples of the fitness center’s equipment.
