Three 3- and 4-bedroom luxury condos are under construction at 1540 W Addison in Lake View on a 37.5 foot wide lot purchased for $625K early this year.
A building permit was issued on May 8, with a stated value of $350,000, for construction of a new 3-unit building with a roof deck and 3-car garage. There was no activity at the site when I stopped by yesterday afternoon, a day that started with heavy rains.
Will this project sell, as so many new developments have recently, before being listed in the MLS?
