Final contract signed at Fulton Place

Time to scratch another development from the New Homes Magazine Quick Guide. The last new condo for sale at Fulton Place, 657 W Fulton St, went under contract last week, says Warren Merz of Jameson Realty Group.

Greif Properties wrapped construction on the 74-unit development in the Fulton River District almost two years ago. Eight units were still available in July 2006, so it’s been a long, slow march to sellout.

Homes are still available at two of Fulton Place’s neighbors, however. The 37 remaining condos at 740 Fulton are selling from the $300s to the $800s, while Trio (just one block north of Fulton Place at 650 W Wayman St) has prices ranging from the $240s all the way up to the $990s. Deliveries are underway at both projects.
