The first phase of Stillpoint Development’s Marquette Row is nearing completion, with the first two units ready to deliver within the next 45 days, according to Michael Battista, vice-president of sales for Jameson Realty Group.
The brick-and-stone development, at 675 – 693 N Peoria St, comprises five connected buildings with nine two- and three-bedroom condos in each. Two buildings make up the first phase, with the remaining three buildings to come in phases two and three.
Battista says that 16 of the first 18 units are sold and the development as a whole is 50 percent sold.
Standard finishes in the condos include stainless steel appliances, oak floors, stone fireplaces and baths, Grohe fixtures, steam showers, in-unit washers and dryers, and Italian walnut cabinets.
Prices at Marquette Row range from the $340s to the $590s. Battista says that the development’s price-per-square-foot, at $280 to $290, is low for its proximity to the Loop.
Phase two, which consists of the third and fourth buildings, is under construction now and will be completed by the end of the year. The fifth building is slated for delivery next summer.
