First two phases of Basecamp River North sell out

by Joe Zekas on 4/1/14

Just over a month ago we reported that the 47-unit Basecamp River North was 40% sold prior to breaking ground. As of yesterday all of the 32 townhomes in Phase I and II of the development were under contract.

All of the two- and three-story homes will have sleek contemporary interiors, private outdoor space, 2-car garages and roof decks. Three-story 3-bedrooms start in the mid $500s and 2-story 3-bedrooms start in the mid $600s.

Occupancy for the first two phases of Basecamp River North will begin in the fall of 2014. Phase III homes are slated for delivery sixteen months from now.

“Buyers have been excited to see new townhomes in the area for the first time in nearly a decade,” reports CMK Realty’s Heather Gustafson. “Ranquist Development‘s reputation for building high-style, architecturally-distinctive homes has been a major factor in Basecamp’s success.”
